One of the headsets is broken. I returned the headset by mail and they claim they did not receive it.
This one works quite well. I was forced to return this item directly to cardo because of a defective battery. I purchased this headset because of two prior headsets I had from them which served my faithfully until I dropped one in water and lost the other one. BTW, I have also found the one I lost, so now I have two. As to the cost, the shipping was expensive, but the unit was well priced.
I purchased this awhile back and it worked all of two months. I was not pleased with the product because it didn't stand to the hype it promoted.
This is by far the best headset that I've ever owned. The talk time is outstanding and the fit is exceptional. I've had several other bluetooth earpieces but none are comparable to the Scala 500. I highly reccommend this product, you won't be dissapointed.
I have tried many different BTHs and so far this is by far the most impressive, specially considering the money. Give this one a shot do not let the low price fool you. Fashion wise it may not be most alluring but I still feel comfortable wearing it.
Voices on the end of the unit come in a bit high, but not disturbing. Their BTH however is horrible. The sound quality I would rate as better than good but not excellent.
I have owned the Voyager 510 and have had it replaced countless times by the mfr, which btw good customer service on their part. So far no complaints from the party on the opposite side. Ease of use is a easy.
Jawbone went back two days after trying it out, by far the worst and most expensive. You will be surprised.
